Was looking for a new vehicle after my old one started to break down. Found this place through Car Gurus, and I went to check out a car that I ended up buying. Despite a couple problems that were fixed quickly soon after purchase, the car works great and a huge improvement on my old one!Staff was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the whole process of buying and fixing.Very happy with my Traverse!

I purchased my 2019 Honda Civic about two weeks ago, and Erica Adkins was the salesperson who guided me through the buying process. She was very helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire experience. I truly appreciated her willingness to answer my questions and make the process as smooth as possible, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a salesperson.I did experience a few issues with the vehicle after my purchase. I understand that buying a used car can come with unexpected issues, and I was prepared for that. However, I do wish these issues had been disclosed to me during the purchasing process so I could have been fully aware of what I was buying.Other than that, I am happy with my 2019 Honda Civic and appreciate the assistance I received from Erica.
